FRS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Social Care Worker in Louth, Republic of Ireland. Salary range €43,000–€44,500 per annum. The role focuses on supporting service users, promoting independence, and maintaining high standards within an intellectual disability service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the service users you are working with in their day– to – day activities.
• Encourage them to live as independently as possible and to engage in meaningful activities.
• Build a positive relationship with both the service users and staff team.
• Assist with the general upkeep of the residential service.
• Ensure compliance is in line with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Work as part of the on floor duty team and will also be responsible for co-ordination of the shift whilst on duty and for the supervision of other staff under his/her direction.
• All other tasks as outlines by your manager.

FRS Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Senior Social Care Worker to join aleadingintellectual disability servicebased in Louth. This service aims to empower individuals with the necessary skills to encourage them to live fulfilling and satisfying lives as equal citizens of their local communities. In your new role you will:

• Support the service users you are working with in their day – to – day activities.
