Fulcrum Digital Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen observability, automation, and reliability across cloud platforms. The role focuses on scripting, monitoring, and incident response to maintain high availability.

You will collaborate with development teams to ensure reliability aligns with business needs, participate in reviews, and contribute to documentation and best practices to uplift the operational health of systems.

Qualificações

• Independently apply in-depth SRE discipline knowledge to resolve issues and keep systems healthy.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Independently execute key elements of projects within Site Reliability Engineering.
• Assist in evaluating operational requirements and developing technical solutions.
• Support automation and scripting to improve workflows and incident response.
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex system issues and escalate when needed.
• Document knowledge and best practices to uplift team operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to align reliability with technical and business needs.
• Participate in reviews and QA to ensure system stability.
• Contribute to solution development and manage smaller projects within SRE.
