Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate day-to-day site activities for residential projects in Ireland. You will lead on-site safety, quality, and logistics, working with Commercial, Purchasing, and EHS teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a proven track record in timber-frame builds, and familiarity with Irish regulations. A full driving licence and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in residential projects is essential.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and EHS standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities safely, on-time and within budget.
• Oversee EHS and Quality responsibilities on site.
• Coordinate with Commercial team to order materials, plant and labour.
• Maintain site diary and weekly programmes; monitor progress.
• Lead site meetings with Subcontractors; track actions.
• Liaise with Design Team and stakeholders; report metrics on site.
• Assist Project Manager with documentation for building control and warranties.
• Ensure snagging and handover processes are completed to client.
