Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contractor to deliver a technically challenging mixed-use scheme in Dublin 3. You will lead day-to-day engineering and technical delivery, supervise Site Engineers, coordinate with subcontractors and design teams, and ensure compliance with drawings, regulations and health and safety standards.

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 5+ years of site experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' site engineering experience on large-scale or complex projects.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering and technical delivery across the site.
• Supervise Site Engineers and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, as-built records, and site reports.
• Support the Site Manager with planning, sequencing, and technical problem-solving.
