Job summary

Careeriser-Limited seeks an experienced engineer to lead a large-scale residential project in Carrickmines. You will oversee site management, quality assurance, stakeholder relationships and subcontractor coordination to ensure the programme targets are met.

The role requires a HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification with at least 5 years in Ireland and experience in setting out and managing engineers. A rewarding package accompanies a career progression path toward leadership of the engineering

Qualifications

• HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ similar experience in Ireland.
• Experience with setting out and managing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health and safety, quality and project compliance.
• Coordinate design reviews, technical queries and issue resolution.
• Manage subcontractors, utilities and stakeholders to meet programme targets.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays and conduct quality inspections.
• Oversee QA, document control and building control compliance.
• Coordinate work packages, trade sequencing and procurement.
• Drive efficiencies through design optimisation and value engineering.
• Lead site engineering teams and promote a customer-focused culture.
