Job summary

SAP is seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Technical Consultant within the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team. You will oversee technical and delivery aspects of customer engagements from sale through lifecycle management for the Cloud ERP Private offering (RISE with SAP).

This role emphasizes customer-centricity, proactive service delivery, and coordination with cross-functional delivery teams. You will own complex technical discussions, orchestrate subject-matter experts, and guide customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or equivalent.
• Strong technical project management skills and customer-facing experience.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions and cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical and delivery advisor across ECS for SAP S/4HANA cloud offerings.
• Own technical discussions with the customer and coordinate experts from ECS Delivery.
• Lead technical reviews and drive resolution plans with stakeholders.
• Support migration roadmaps with partners and SAP Professional Services.
• Present technical details and engagement model to internal/external stakeholders.
