Job summary

SAP is recruiting for a Senior SAP Technical Consultant within its ECS North America team. You will deliver high-quality technical services across the SAP stack for RISE with SAP, guiding customers through cloud adoption and lifecycle activities.

You will coordinate delivery with internal SAP teams, manage complex landscapes, and drive customer outcomes with a strong emphasis on security, integration, and performance. This role requires extensive SAP and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Information Management.
• 8+ years of SAP Basis administrative duties.
• 8 years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
• 8 years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP implementation.
• 4 years of technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
• Experience with IaaS providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and cloud ERP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for the customer regarding technology and cloud service delivery discussions.
• Run regular cadence with stakeholders at customer and manage expectations with regards to service delivery. Act as first escalation point.
• Own the technical discussions with the customer and orchestrate experts from the SAP delivery organization.
• Own and understand the customer landscape within ECS and interdependencies between systems.
• Support the Account team and TechOps for execution of the service delivery plan.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate experts from ECS Delivery to resolve topics.
• Present the intricacies of the private offering, technical details, and engagement model to stakeholders.
• Support the migration roadmap with partners and SAP Services.
• Knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.
• Understand SAP cloud solutions and integration with BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
