Crane - Panametrics, Druck and Reuter-Stokes seeks an SAP Solution Architect to own enterprise SAP design across the Crane businesses. You will define end‑to‑end architectures for S/4HANA, SAP BTP, BW/4HANA, EWM, TM, Ariba and related platforms, guiding delivery teams through Crane’s tollgate governance while balancing innovation and fit-to-standard adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years designing and delivering SAP solutions in complex, global manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on architecture experience with SAP S/4HANA (end-to-end deployment or major transformation).
• Proven governance of enterprise integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems, including API/event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SAP Activate and mixed delivery models; lead fit-to-standard design.

Responsabilités

• Own the SAP enterprise architecture: target architecture, reference models, and integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead solution design for major programs: Greenfield/upgrade to S/4HANA, carve-outs/carve-ins, M&A integrations, global template rollouts.
• Process ownership & fit-to-standard: end-to-end design across Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and more.
• Integration strategy: architect robust integrations using SAP Integration Suite, APIs/events, data services; ensure data harmonization.
• Data & analytics governance: MDG/MDM, data migration, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere/BI for KPI transparency.
• Security & compliance: role-based access, SoD controls, audit readiness, GDPR/ITAR/DFARS/CMMC as applicable.
• Quality & lifecycle management: standards for configuration management, testing, DevOps practices.
• Vendor & SI governance: manage system integrators; enforce guardrails and delivery quality.
• Road mapping & TCO: multi-year product roadmaps, assess innovations, guide investment decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement: translate strategy into blueprints; present options and risks.
• Operational readiness: cutover planning, SLAs, reliability benchmarks.
• Continuous improvement: update playbooks, drive reuse of templates and accelerators.
• Visual management: dashboards to track KPIs, architectural debt, value realization, risk.
• Financial discipline: visibility to program costs and value delivery.
