Job summary

McKesson in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Senior SAP HANA Security Engineer to own design, implementation and governance of SAP security across S/4HANA, HANA and ECC. You will partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Basis and Audit to align with SOX/ITGC and enterprise risk controls.

The role requires hands-on expertise in HANA privilege models, GRC access controls, and SailPoint integration, with production support and continuous improvement responsibilities in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in SAP Security across S/4HANA, HANA and ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC, ARA/ARM/EAM.
• Experience with SoD risk management and audit controls.
• SOX / ITGC experience.
• Experience with IAM integration (SailPoint).
• Strong production support and RCA skills.
• Ability to communicate with business and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security architecture across S/4HANA, HANA and ECC.
• Design and maintain HANA privilege models and access governance.
• Enforce HANA data access controls and encryption practices.
• Drive SoD and audit-ready control design for SOX ITGC.
• Integrate SAP security with IAM and GRC platforms.
• Provide L3-4 production support and incident response.
