Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead S/4 Transformation Specialist to drive strategy, performance, and operational excellence for SAP S/4HANA platforms and enterprise services. You will own end-to-end service performance, ensuring stability, availability, and business continuity across SAP environments and integrations.

You will partner with business leaders and vendors to optimize service investments, manage incidents and changes, and deliver high-value improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP service management, enterprise applications, IT operations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA service delivery and operations.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and managing SLAs/OLAs for availability, response, and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service ownership for SAP S/4HANA platforms and related technology services.
• Direct day-to-day service operations including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Ensure service availability, stability, and business continuity for mission-critical SAP applications.
• Establish and govern SLA/OLA performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead executive-level communications, KPI reporting, and vendor governance.
