Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead S/4 Transformation Specialist to lead strategy, performance, and operational excellence of SAP platforms. You will own end-to-end service performance, ensuring platform stability and continuity across SAP S/4HANA environments and integrations.

The role partners with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service operations and drive continuous improvement aligned with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP service management, IT operations, or related technology leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA service delivery and operations.
• Experience managing incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end service performance, availability, reliability, and business continuity for critical technology services.
• Experience defining, monitoring, and managing SLAs and OLAs for availability, response, and resolution metrics.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integrations with SAP MM, SD, and Finance modules.
• Experience supporting Finance configuration, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service ownership for SAP S/4HANA platforms and associated technology services.
• Direct day-to-day service operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ensure service availability, stability, reliability, and business continuity for mission-critical SAP applications.
• Establish and govern SLA and OLA performance metrics, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize service investments, enhancements, and operational roadmaps.
• Oversee major incident response, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and service recovery activities.
• Lead service performance reviews, KPI reporting, vendor governance, and executive-level communications.
• Drive service management maturity through ITIL-aligned processes, automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
