Nucleo in Ireland is seeking a Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant to sit with clients, shape the solution, and build it end-to-end. The role blends discovery, architecture, and hands-on development, with Flow-first implementation and Apex where needed.
You will own end-to-end architecture across the platform—data model, automation, security, integrations—and produce documentation. You will lead delivery, mentor consultants, and ensure testing covers both declarative and programmatic
A consultative technical lead. You'll sit with the client, shape the solution, and then build it. Flow-first, Apex when it counts.
Consult and shape. Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions. Get to the requirement behind the request. Present solution options, make recommendations, and act as a trusted advisor on platform capability and approach.
Design the solution. Own end-to-end architecture across the platform — data model, automation, security, integrations — and produce the documentation that goes with it: user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data models and technical design specs. Make the technical calls, including when Flow is right and when Apex is.
Stay hands-on. Build advanced Flows (record-triggered before and after save, screen, scheduled, async), write production Apex — classes, triggers, async processing, test classes — and extend UX with LWC. Review existing automation and code and recommend improvements.
Configure the platform. Objects, fields, validation rules, Lightning pages, security and sharing, reports and dashboards — applying reusable, maintainable design and Salesforce security and sharing best practices.
Lead delivery. Own delivery end to end — quality, timelines and functional requirements — and manage the risks, dependencies and blockers that come with it. Run backlog refinement, sprint planning and solution reviews. Set and enforce delivery standards: naming conventions, documentation, source control and deployment practice. Mentor consultants and analysts, and ensure testing covers both declarative and programmatic components.
