Nucleo Consulting Limited seeks a Lead Salesforce Technical Consultant to drive client engagements from discovery through delivery. You will shape solutions with Flow-first, augment with Apex, and lead end-to-end architecture across data models, automation, security, and integrations.

You will stay hands-on, building advanced Flows, production Apex, and extending UX with LWC, while mentoring consultants and ensuring scalable, well-documented designs. Hybrid work and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Salesforce consulting or implementation, genuinely client-facing.
• Extensive hands-on Salesforce Flow experience; core to the role.
• Proven production Apex: bulkification, governor limits, testing.
• LWC experience and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Comfortable across multiple client engagements, often independently.
• Able to explain technical concepts to business users and leadership.
• Strong technical judgement for scalable solutions.

Aufgaben

• Consult and shape. Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions; present solution options and recommendations.
• Design the solution. Own end-to-end architecture and produce documentation and design specs.
• Stay hands-on. Build Flows, Apex, and extend UX with LWC; review and improve automation.
• Configure the platform. Set up objects, fields, security, sharing, reports and dashboards.
• Lead delivery. Manage timelines, risks, backlog, sprint planning and mentor colleagues.
