We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged Senior Sales Planning Analyst to join our Rev Ops and Acceleration team. As one of the first members of the Sales Planning & Compensation team, you will build and establish processes for all areas of ownership. You will provide analyses, reporting, and insights to support quarterly and annual sales planning processes, working closely with senior leadership. The role requires leading cross-functional projects, effective communication, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high-growth startups, or public tech companies.
  • Expert modeling skills and extensive knowledge of sales planning, territory management, and quota construction.
  • Understanding of go-to-market design, sales planning, and sales compensation analytics.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across organizational levels.
  • Self-starter mentality, able to operate in unstructured, fast-paced settings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience collaborating with VP-level leaders.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage processes for quarterly quotas.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership on goal-setting, quota, territory, and headcount planning.
  • Define key metrics and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Compensation Analysts to optimize sales productivity.
  • Support Sales Leadership with analysis and insights.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote offers fair, unbiased, and competitive pay, including above in-location rates, to support global talent. The salary range for this role is $40,887 - $93,373 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience. Actual pay will be determined during hiring.
