Job summary

D|RES Properties is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the development and execution of the company’s residential sales strategy across the portfolio. You will maximise revenue, drive market opportunities, and build trusted relationships with purchasers, investors, and partners.

You will provide strategic leadership across B2C and B2B channels, shaping pricing, releases, and customer experience from enquiry to handover. Strong commercial and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in residential property, real estate, development or related sector.
• Proven track record of delivering residential sales targets and launches.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
