The role emphasizes data, model reasoning, and alignment, with a base salary of €100,000–€140,000, a sizable cash bonus tied to milestones, and meaningful early equity. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable AI data solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS/ML/NLP with world-class publication record.
• Proven experience shipping research to production and live systems.
• Experience with large-scale agent systems and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive foundational research and execution from research to production.
• Design data strategies and benchmarking to shape model behavior.
• Identify and manage long-running research projects at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and tooling.
