Job summary

Collins McNicholas Recruitment & HR Services Group is partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy company to recruit an experienced Development Manager. The role covers planning, environmental consenting and development across biogas and biomethane projects in Ireland and the UK.

You will lead planning processes, manage EIARs and environmental permits, engage with regulators and stakeholders, and drive project delivery within tight timescales and budgets.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Planning/Environmental field with strong EIAR experience.
• Experience delivering EIARs, Appropriate Assessments and environmental permits for large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, environmental consenting and development for large-scale biogas/biomethane projects.
• Coordinate external consultants, regulatory bodies and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage pre-construction environmental compliance and planning conditions.
