Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician (RME) to lead the RME team, drive improvements, and ensure equipment uptime across EU facilities. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Experience with automated conveyors systems and controls is essential.
• Experience with CMMS for proactive maintenance scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first equipment use and monitor team adherence to processes.
• Track equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Supervise shift technicians and act as first contact for the RME Engineers.
• Reduce downtime by diagnosing equipment issues and implementing fixes.
• Suggest EU-wide process improvements and standardize practices.
