Amazon Inc. is seeking an RME Technician to maintain a wide range of equipment and work areas, while upholding strict Health and Safety standards. You will help keep colleagues safe, prevent downtime and improve the operational environment across EU sites.

Key duties include proactive and preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and supporting on-site apprentices. The role requires flexibility in shifts and relevant mechanical/electrical experience within a live warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• NFQ Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or a 4-year apprenticeship.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights or holidays.
• Experience as a qualified engineer in maintenance.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Advanced proficiency in the local language, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Proactive and preventative maintenance on site equipment.
• Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.
• Use latest tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.
• Uphold health and safety policies and practices.
• Support development and progression of on-site apprentices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and roll out best practices across EU sites.
