Job summary

Marsh Investment Management, based in Dublin, seeks a Regulatory Reporting Senior Specialist to lead oversight of regulatory reporting for funds and related entities. You will partner with investment teams, Legal and Compliance to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance with MiFID II, AIFMD, MMFR, IMR, PRIIPs KIDs.

You will drive BAU and project work, manage providers and offshore teams, and contribute to data transformation while promoting robust controls and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Asset Management/fund administration with fund accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of European fund structures (UCITS and AIFs).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Regulatory Reporting for Funds, Investment Manager and Management Company.
• Manage relationships with service providers, custodians and investment managers.
• Prepare regulatory updates for internal governance committees.
• Support fund launches, restructures, and regulatory reporting impact assessments.
• Identify and implement process improvements and risk controls.
