DM Financial is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Professional to support and grow the Regulatory Reporting function in Ireland, serving asset managers, fund administrators and pension funds. You will prepare, review, and submit reports to authorities like the CBI and ESMA, interpret requirements, validate data and ensure high-quality submissions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Netherlands team, client relationship management and ongoing development of the Irish capability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in regulatory reporting or a related field.
• Strong interest in asset management or pension funds with proactive learning.
• Growth mindset and willingness to develop technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Ability to identify and deliver solutions that add value to clients and the business.

Responsabilités

• Support development and expansion of the Regulatory Reporting function in Ireland.
• Develop knowledge of regulatory reporting processes, standards and best practices.
• Deliver accurate, timely regulatory reporting to asset management and pension fund clients.
• Take ownership of end-to-end regulatory reporting including preparation and review of client reports.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to queries.
• Monitor quality and efficiency of deliverables and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Netherlands team for knowledge transfer and consistency.
• Assist growth and onboarding of new team members in Ireland.
• Coach and supervise members of the Regulatory Reporting team.
