Overview

Your key responsibilities

• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent needs, setting clear expectations and building strategic sourcing plans and timelines that support hiring goals.
• Sourcing top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other digital sourcing tools.
• Leading pre-screening conversations to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability, ensuring readiness for next-stage interviews.
• Managing the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Embedding DEI principles into sourcing and selection, ensuring inclusive practices and balanced representation.
• Leveraging recruitment dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence business decisions through evidence-based hiring strategies.
• Creating a positive recruitment experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement, building trust with candidates and hiring managers.
