Job summary

Qualifications

• Expertise in reconciliations, cash & securities movement, NAV, Mil or Yield calculations.
• Ability to quickly learn processes, systems and tools (e.g., Frontier).
• Proactive identification of trends and risks with resolution recommendations.
• Strong time management and multitasking in deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, position, bank, fund and/or proxy activity accurately and timely.
• Produce exception reports and escalation where needed to protect shareholder interests.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams and internal partners.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and Jira backlog items.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly oversight reports for leadership.
• Provide high-quality internal customer service and timely responses.
