Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale distributed data and real-time streaming solutions. You will shape architectural standards and collaborate with engineering to ensure scalable, secure and production-ready designs.

You will drive architectural governance, review designs, and mentor senior technical resources across multiple workstreams in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience across data platforms, integration or distributed systems.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or senior design leadership roles.
• Strong experience building streaming or real-time data apps using Kafka or equivalents.
• Deep knowledge of Kafka consumer architecture, including groups, offsets, retries, DLQ, ordering and partitioning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale distributed data, streaming and integration solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership across data, integration and streaming platforms.
