A construction company based in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and oversee commercial aspects of projects in France. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Quantity Surveying and over 7 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing budgets, and assessing project costs. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Fit-Out or Main contracting.
Motivated, driven and works well within team.
Responsibilities
Liaise with customers and project managers.
Management of commercial and contractual aspects of relationships.
Measure, price, negotiate and agree budgets and costs for variations.
Check project costs are correct and raise/resolve queries.
Attend pre-contract meetings and ensure timely completion of actions.
Produce and maintain up to date procurement schedules.
Compile and issue invitations to tender and analyse subcontractor quotations.
Compile subcontract orders for approval.
Visit site to measure and value works completed.
Assess subcontractor payment entitlement and process payments.
Carry out reconciliation of cost and value to date/forecast.
