Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control of projects. You will work with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to maximise commercial returns and manage risks across traditional, design-and-build, and high-value contracts.
You will lead procurement, prepare financial forecasts, manage variations, and ensure timely final accounts while mentoring junior staff and reporting to senior management.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the full commercial management of projects. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager and the wider construction team, the role ensures that projects are delivered successfully, risks are managed and commercial returns are maximised. The Senior Quantity Surveyor takes ownership of commercial and contractual issues while supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to the overall performance of the business.
