ProSource Group in Limerick is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.

You will lead the commercial management on major construction projects, handle subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts, and drive cost control while mentoring junior staff. This is a permanent, full-time role with a strong pipeline across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a main contractor or subcontractor environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Experience using industry-standard commercial software is desirable.
• Chartered status or a desire to achieve professional accreditation is advantageous.
• Ambitious individual looking to progress within a growing contractor.

Responsibilities
