Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Dublin is seeking a Quantitative Developer to join Apex Risk Technologies' RiskMonitor analytics platform. The role blends quantitative development, risk analytics, data enablement and client engagement, with primary responsibility for delivering new analytics, risk methodologies and data services for Dublin-based clients.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers and operations teams, driving platform enhancements and leveraging cloud data

Qualifications

• Strong experience with MATLAB development.
• Experience with investment portfolios, financial market data and risk analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Git and version control tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance RiskMonitor quantitative analytics and risk calculations.
• Design and implement new risk methodologies and portfolio analytics.
• Support enhancement of market, liquidity risk and exposure monitoring.
• Translate client requirements into scalable platform capabilities with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Operations to prioritise enhancements.
• Engage Dublin-based clients and stakeholders to resolve queries.
