Job summary

Hero Recruitment is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Specialist for a 12-month remote role in Ireland. The position oversees the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

You will lead quality policy guidance, manage quality agreements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements and training across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of quality systems, QA, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Practical project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, maintenance and improvement of quality systems, programs, processes and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on quality policies, regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.
• Partner with operating entities to monitor processes, identify gaps and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead Quality Agreement negotiations and maintain quality programs.
• Promote global quality standards and share best practices.
• Lead or contribute to quality systems and process improvement projects.
• Analyze complex quality issues and propose compliance improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to resolve quality issues.
• Provide coaching and training to colleagues and less experienced professionals.
