Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment has a client in Galway seeking a Senior Quality Systems Specialist for a remote, 12-month contract. The role oversees the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

The successful candidate will provide expert interpretation of regulations, lead quality agreement negotiations, and maintain QA programs while sharing best practices globally to support the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• 4+ years’ relevant experience in the medical device industry.
• Practical knowledge of project management.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and agency guidelines to assure compliance.
• Lead Quality Agreement negotiations.
• Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
• Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of companys mission globally.
