Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Ireland is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality across pre-construction and tender phases on major projects. You will embed robust quality requirements and ensure they are integrated into tender submissions and project development, working with commercial, engineering and design teams.

The role requires a proven track record in quality leadership within technically complex environments, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and contractual quality requirements,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality leadership within construction/engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Experience supporting tenders, pre-construction or project development activities.
• Ability to translate technical/contractual requirements into practical quality processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance throughout pre-construction and tender phases, embedding quality in submissions.
• Review tender/project documents to identify quality requirements and risks.
• Develop and maintain quality management processes aligned with ISO standards and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, design and project teams to ensure quality throughout the tender process.
• Provide quality input into bid strategies, methodologies and project plans.
• Support continual improvement of quality systems and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality performance and efficiency across the business.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
