Job description

We are looking for QA Engineers to join our expanding Tech & Product team. As part of a strategic investment in our technology, we are building new teams to enhance our platform and develop innovative eCommerce products that will shape the future of online shopping.

In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies, helping to shape the future of test automation and internal tooling. Our mission is to make testing seamless and efficient for feature teams by continuously evolving our automation framework and enhancing internal tools.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement performance testing strategies for cloud-hosted applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize load testing scripts using Apache JMeter.
  • Conduct various types of performance testing: load, stress, scalability, and endurance.
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to investigate and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor application performance in production and participate in troubleshooting performance incidents.
  • Create detailed reports and clearly communicate findings and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • At least 5 years of overall experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Apache JMeter, including scripting and performance test design.
  • Solid experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Good understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, databases, and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration for performance testing.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and log analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
