Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a QC Microbiology Lead Analyst to oversee environmental monitoring and water sampling within a GMP-regulated setting. The role is on-site, leading a microbiology team and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate microbiology activities, mentor staff, and support CAPAs, deviations and documentation. A strong background in GMP, LIMS, MODA and QMS is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or Diploma in Microbiology or related science with GMP exposure.
• Hands-on environmental monitoring and water sampling experience.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.
• Experience with LIMS, MODA and QMS platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in training, coaching or team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of GMP areas and water sampling.
• Act as technical lead for microbiology operations and mentor the team.
• Coordinate Environmental Monitoring and QC activities, support MODA and LIMS processes.
• Train and develop team members and ensure onboarding and compliance.
• Support quality systems, investigations, CAPAs and change controls.
• Assist audits, drive continuous improvement and monitor KPIs.
