Job summary

Viatris is a global healthcare company focused on bridging generics and brands to improve access. We seek a QC Technical Transfer Analyst level III to lead method transfers, provide chromatography leadership, and support product launches in a GMP environment.

The role involves mentoring QC analysts, coordinating with development, manufacturing and regulatory teams, and ensuring analytical readiness for launches. A science background and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline and several years of industrial experience.
• Experience with HPLC/GC/peptide analysis in method validation/transfer; Empower software preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and writing skills.
• Knowledge of Empower and other lab software; cGMP; MS Office/Trackwise/Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method transfers and validations for new product introductions.
• Serve as the QC laboratory chromatography expert, providing technical leadership and troubleshooting support.
• Drive analytical project delivery, working closely with development, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
• Oversee investigations, quality systems activities, and technical documentation in a GMP environment.
• Coach and develop QC analysts through training and technical mentorship.
• Support successful product launches by ensuring analytical readiness, stability programme implementation, and compliance with quality standards.
