Job summary

Mars Capital is seeking a Python Developer/Engineer to strengthen our AWS-focused cloud platform. You will build and enhance our Amazon Connect-based solutions, implement serverless APIs, and support data platforms and enterprise integrations.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, cloud architecture best practices, and collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-native applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud services and Python development.
• Proven experience as a Python developer with strong AWS services focus.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Connect and related services.
• Proficiency in serverless computing using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and AWS best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (AWS CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services development.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable contact center solutions using AWS Connect.
• Integrate AWS Connect with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 and other services for seamless operations.
• Develop and deploy serverless applications and APIs using AWS Lambda and Python.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and availability; address issues proactively.
• Apply security, scalability, and performance best practices for AWS Connect.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Stay updated on AWS services and engineering best practices.
