Job summary

William Fry is seeking a dedicated senior lawyer to join our Projects & Construction team in Dublin. You will advise on construction, energy infrastructure, procurement, and related disputes while working on complex transactions across commercial development, infrastructure, transport, and M&A as part of a multidisciplinary firm.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills in RIAI, NEC and professional appointments, and a proven ability to mentor junior

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in construction, energy infrastructure, or major projects.
• Proven ability to draft/negotiate construction contracts (RIAI/NEC) and related documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on construction-related issues, procurement, disputes, extensions of time, and project financing.
• Draft and negotiate key contracts for diverse project types.
• Collaborate with other departments on construction aspects of transactions and development projects.
