Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for modular construction projects in Ireland, primarily focused on data centres. The role is hybrid, based in Carlow with responsibilities spanning from contract handover to final close-out, coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing and site installation.

The successful candidate will manage programmes, budgets, risks and resources, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure delivery to schedule, quality and commercial

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in modular construction or data-centre projects.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from contract handover to final close-out.
• Manage programmes, budgets, forecasts, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate design, procurement, manufacturing and installation to meet schedules.
• Oversee manufacture of modular/skid-mounted solutions and monitor progress and delivery dates.
• Coordinate logistics, site installation, subcontractors, testing and commissioning through to handover.
• Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates on progress, risks, and costs.
