Job summary

Clear. are seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary modular infrastructure projects across data centres, utilities, life sciences and oil & gas.

Hybrid working in Carlow, Ireland, with a competitive package in euros and a comprehensive benefits scheme. Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within modular construction, data centres, electrical infrastructure or related engineering environment.
• Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle: design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing and handover.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, budget management, cost control, risk management and change control.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing project costs, variations and margins.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, project management or related discipline.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP are advantageous.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from contract handover through to practical completion, client acceptance and final close-out.
• Manage project programmes, milestones, budgets, forecasts, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, design, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure technical deliverables and materials are available in line with project schedules.
• Oversee the manufacture of modular and skid-mounted solutions, working closely with production teams to monitor progress, quality and delivery dates.
• Coordinate logistics, site installation, subcontractors, testing and commissioning through to final handover.
• Manage client relationships, lead project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, programme and costs.
• Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and margins, identifying opportunities to minimise costs and prevent delays or rework.
• Manage variations, scope changes, contractual issues and additional costs to ensure these are properly documented and commercially agreed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, quality standards, project documentation and relevant legislation.
• Identify potential delivery risks early, implement recovery plans and coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues.
