Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior PM to drive enterprise transformation initiatives across project management domains.

The role focuses on end‑to‑end delivery, from planning to post‑implementation, with emphasis on enterprise systems, AI-enabled platforms, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into system solutions, develop business cases and user stories, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure adoption and value

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in project management, or business transformation roles.
Proven experience in supporting enterprise‑wide systems implementations.
Strong background in business analysis and requirements management.
Experience with organizational change management initiatives.
Demonstrated exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases in business environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects across business process and systems, project and portfolio management best practices and transformation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Support implementation of enterprise systems and AI-enabled platforms; translate business requirements into system solutions.
Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities.
Identify opportunities for process optimization through technology.
