Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks an IT PMO Lead within Manufacturing Digital Transformation to drive portfolio governance and delivery excellence. You will enable leadership with end-to-end visibility across programs, align strategy to execution, and manage RAID with proactive risk mitigation.

You will partner with senior IT leaders to ensure delivery reliability, improve financial discipline, and provide timely executive dashboards and reports for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of IT project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• 3–5+ years in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, or enterprise program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and performance controls.
• Maintain visibility of portfolio health, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Lead portfolio-wide resource and capacity planning to maximize delivery efficiency.
• Drive financial discipline with budget oversight, forecasting, accrual management, and RAID management.
• Partner with senior leadership to align priorities and embed delivery best practices.
• Own escalation framework for critical issues and ensure timely leadership intervention.
• Develop and deliver high-impact portfolio dashboards and executive reports for steering committees.
