A charity organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value capital projects in Ireland. This role involves overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budget constraints. Candidates should have significant construction experience and relevant qualifications. To do this, we rely on first-class facilities, infrastructure and construction projects that directly support our lifesaving mission. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Estates team and lead the delivery of complex, high-value capital projects across the Ireland Region.
This role will focus on the delivery of estates project in our Irish Region where we have a significant programme of construction and infrastructure works.
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction and infrastructure projects, often running simultaneously. You’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards – all while supporting the RNLI’s lifesaving goals.
Your work will span the full project lifecycle, from scoping and procurement through to handover and benefits realisation. You’ll manage contractors and consultants, maintain cost and risk management processes, and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and other relevant regulations.
The RNLI operates its lifesaving service around the coast in the UK and Ireland and there is a requirement for the Senior Project Manager to undertake travel throughout these areas dependant on project locations.
