Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for Civil Aviation Infrastructure at our Dublin office. The role is primarily site-based, four days on-site with one remote day per week, and requires leading multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years delivering major civil projects in live airport environments, with strong governance, risk, and stakeholder-management skills. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering major aviation/infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams on site in airport environments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of program milestones, budgets, and interfaces.
• Lead project managers and coordinate with design consultants and contractors.
• Maintain RACI matrices and governance across the programme.
