Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Cork is seeking an Engineer to join their team for a variety of projects including Commercial, Retail, Hotel, and Residential. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 2-10 years of experience in a consultancy role. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with clients and contractors, conducting designs, and ensuring quality inspections. Qualifications

• Approximately 2-10 years post graduate experience in a consultancy role.
• Engineers’ Ireland membership with an ambition to achieve Chartered Engineers status.
• Experience of reinforced concrete design, structural steel, timber, and masonry using the Eurocodes.

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of projects including Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Residential, Educational, and Industrial.
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors, and Design Teams.
• Carry out designs, inspections, and support the design team.
