Job summary

STS Group in Ireland is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of multiple concurrent electrical infrastructure projects across Waterford, Cork or Dublin offices. You will ensure safety, service excellence, profitability, and strong client and stakeholder relationships while guiding project teams and coordinating with civil, structural and architectural packages.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or recognised trade qualification, 10+ years of large project management

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or recognised trade qualification is required.
• 10+ years' experience in managing large construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high voltage electrical infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and preconstruction strategies.
• Knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages; proven leadership with strategic mindset.
