Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Ireland seeks a Senior Architect to lead healthcare projects from concept through to completion. The role involves site visits, managing timelines and budgets, resolving design challenges, and delivering complex healthcare facilities across acute, primary care and medical fit-outs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as an Architect.
• Strong portfolio of healthcare projects, including acute, primary care, clinical facilities or medical fit-outs.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, HSE guidelines and HIQA standards.
• Understanding of infection control, universal design and healthcare planning requirements.
• Experience managing projects through construction and site delivery.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-management abilities.
• Essential: Previous experience delivering healthcare projects in Ireland, including familiarity with HSE procedures, local authorities and healthcare compliance requirements.
