A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior Product Owner to manage a globally deployed product used by top insurers. Located in Dublin, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days onsite. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to enhance an AI-driven insurance platform and will earn €80,000 – €90,000, plus bonus and benefits.

Step into a pivotal Product Owner role with the world leader in insurance automation. Based in Dublin, this growing SaaS division is transforming how life insurers assess and underwrite health risk — embedding AI and smarter UX into the core decision-making process.

This is more than a backlog role — it’s a chance to own a market-leading product that’s evolving from legacy monolith to cloud-native platform (Azure, microservices). You’ll be central to shaping how major insurers like Irish Life and BOI assess cancer and chronic illness risk — influencing both product strategy and real-world underwriting outcomes.

Looking to grow your product leadership in SaaS, AI, or InsurTech? You’ll partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to embed AI functionality, unlock powerful dashboards for underwriters, and deliver commercially impactful features to a global customer base.

You will:

• Drive the roadmap and delivery for a critical insurance underwriting product
• Embed AI-powered decision tools directly into the underwriting workflow
• Collaborate with UX, R&D, engineering, and commercial teams across Dublin, APAC & US
• Talk directly with insurers and stakeholders to identify high-impact problems
• Help underwriters make faster, data-driven decisions with better UI and automation
• Define and track KPIs to demonstrate product value to internal leaders and CFOs

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years in digital product management or product ownership (SaaS/digital preferred)
• Experience delivering in Agile teams with engineering and design
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is a plus

Salary / Remuneration: €80,000 – €90,000 + 10k bonus, 12% pension, health insurance (family included), life assurance at 4 times basic salary, and 25 days annual leave.
