Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including its Zerto entity, is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Galway. You will own the lifecycle of one or more Zerto domains, translating strategic needs into actionable engineering outcomes and collaborating with customers to shape the product roadmap.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to post-release optimization, balancing technical trade-offs with business priorities while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver value and resilience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant product owner/management experience in enterprise B2B software.
• Experience managing complex software products in on-premises and SaaS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for one or more Zerto business domains.
• Bridge between Product Management, Engineering and customers, translating requirements into engineering outcomes.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-release optimization.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs and business priorities.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and customer-centric enhancements.
• Define, manage and maintain the product backlog.
• Prioritize complex features balancing customer requirements, constraints and delivery timelines.
• Write product specifications, user stories and requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver engaging experiences.
• Work with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Support and Leadership.

• Present product initiatives and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support go-to-market activities product launches and customer communications.
• Track product KPIs customer feedback and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
