Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management with a proven ability to drive discovery and deliver impactful products.

You’ll lead discovery efforts to uncover meaningful opportunities, validate assumptions, and ensure we deliver impactful solutions. You’ll bring AI-first thinking to our product strategy, shaping how we apply emerging technologies to elevate employee experience.

• Lead product discovery and problem definition, ensuring we focus on the most valuable opportunities for our customers and business.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to uncover needs and shape hypotheses.
• Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy and design, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to enhance user experience.
• Partner with engineering and design to co-create solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our product vision.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to capture feedback and ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.
• Stay ahead of industry and technology trends, especially in AI and employee engagement platforms.
• Define success metrics and ensure we learn and adapt through experimentation and iteration.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in product management with a proven ability to drive discovery and deliver impactful products.
• Strong skills in research, customer interviews, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies in SaaS products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of modern product development processes (Agile, Scrum).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

€69,200.00

Maximum:

€110,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
