Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing complex systems made simple and human-centered.
• You design at scale without losing the detail and can map how changes ripple across a product.
• You build scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes, and can move from concept to refined micro-interactions.

Responsibilities

• Simplify the complex across multi-step automations and data-rich views.
• Design for real business logic with triggers, conditions, branching workflows and customer data.
• Lead data visualization to surface audience growth, customer health, and engagement metrics.
• Think end-to-end across the seller journey and ensure cross-platform connections.
• Prototype motion and state with high-fidelity interactions on live data.
• Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers to shape strategy and ship quality work.
