Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of small business experiences. You will work at the intersection of design, product, data, and technology to uncover customer needs and deliver AI-enabled design solutions across web, mobile, and platform experiences.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams to define strategy, explore opportunities, and translate insights into intuitive, scalable product experiences that drive business value for

Qualifications

6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products across consumer, B2B, or B2B2C experiences.
Strong UX foundation with component architecture, responsive layouts, and design systems.
Experience applying Design Thinking and human-centered design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design efforts from discovery through delivery across web, mobile, and platform experiences.
Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business challenges through research, data, and stakeholder collaboration.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define vision, priorities, and design solutions.
Prototype concepts, POCs, and MVPs using human-centered design principles and AI-assisted tools.
Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity experiences delivering measurable value.
